While the feel of an actual, printed and bound book can never be replaced, having an extensive library at home can be cost prohibitive. Although we encourage the use of local libraries, with FREE eBooks you can build a whole library in your home classroom!

   A great activity is to have the children print, illustrate, and bind their favorites! Reinforce their love of reading with a fun and educational activity that will allow the kids to create a lasting keepsake!

   There are two books that come highly recommended for learning the art of bookbinding at home: Hand Bookbinding: A Manual of Instruction by Aldren A. Watson and The Craft of Bookbinding by Manly Banister.
